Delhi HC: No PMLA Proceedings After Quashing of FIR Against Accused - 28.09.2022

Delhi High Court while seting aside the proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 against Indiabulls Housing and Finance Limited (IHFL) and its employees, has held that proceedings under PMLA cannot be continued after quashing of FIR against the accused.
