All. HC: Only Governor Can Take Action if Govt Servant Found Guilty of Misconduct After Retirement - 28.09.2022

Allahabad High Court has held that after retirement of government servant, if such employee is found to be guilty of grave misconduct or is found to have caused pecuniary loss to Government, it is Governor who can take action as provided in Article 351-A of Civil Service Regulations.
