Bom HC: State's Obligation to Protect Citizens from Wild Animal, Any Injury Caused is Govt's Failure - 27.09.2022

Bombay High Court has held that while it is State’s duty to protect wild animals and not allow them to wander outside restricted zone, it is also obligatory upon state to protect citizens from any injuries by wild animals, and if any injury is caused, it is State’s failure to protect right to life.
