Delhi HC Seeks AAP’s Reply on CNG Scam Commission - 20.08.2015

Delhi High Court has sought a response from Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government on petition challenging its notification on setting up of CNG Scam Commission to inquire into allotment of work relating to CNG fitness certificates in transport department.
