SC: Failure to Inform Accused About Hearing of Appl. for Ext. of Time for Investigation Violates FR - 26.09.2022

Supreme Court has held that the failure to produce the accused before the Court at the time of consideration of the application for extension of time for investigation amounts to a violation of fundamental right guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution.
