SC Refuses to Modify Order Granting Compensation to Families Displaced by Sardar Sarovar Project - 23.09.2022

Supreme Court has dismissed an application seeking clarification/modification of order passed by the Supreme Court, wherein it had directed concerned authorities to disburse Rs. 60 lakh for each of about 700 families displaced by Sardar Sarovar Project on river Narmada in Madhya Pradesh.
