Delhi HC: Matrimonial Discord Between Parents No Ground to Quash FIR under POCSO - 23.09.2022

Delhi High Court while dealing with case where minor son was sexually abused by father, has held that it will be highly unfair to deny the child victim the right to get justice merely because the accused was his real father and that his parents had matrimonial discord.
