Bombay HC Quashes Notices Transferring ‘Cherry Picked’ NGT Cases from Goa to Delhi - 23.09.2022

Bombay High Court has quashed administrative notices issued by the Registrar General of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) ‘cherry picking’ cases relating to Goa from the Western Zone bench at Pune and transferring them to the Northern bench at New Delhi.
