SC: Common Man Wants to Know Truth About Allegations Against Public Servants - 21.09.2022

Supreme Court while considering BJP MP Manoj Tiwari's plea challenging High Court’s order refusing to quash summoning order in defamation case filed by Manish Sisodia, has observed common man is not interested in knowing law but whether allegations made against public servants are true or not.
