SC Upholds Validity of Section 50(a) Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 - 21.09.2022

Supreme Court while upholding the constitutional validity of Section 50(a) of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, has observed that State enactment relating to Agricultural land tenures is a special law, while Hindu Succession Act 1956 is a general law; hence no question of repugnancy arises.
