Delhi Court Stays Proceedings Against AAP Leader Satyendar Jain - 20.09.2022

Delhi Court has stayed trial court proceedings against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyendar Jain, who is presently in judicial custody in money laundering case, after the Enforcement of Directorate (ED) moved an application seeking transfer of the case from a Special Court.
