Delhi HC: Beer Bottles And Cans Are Not Bought With Minute Scrutiny - 19.09.2022

Delhi High Court while passing ad interim injunction against Tensberg Breweries Industries Private Limited and other companies, for using mark similar to multinational brewer Carlsberg's trademark, has held that Beer Bottles and Cans are not bought with minute scrutiny but in a more casual manner.
