Uttarakhand HC Vacates Stay on Cutting of Trees for Construction of Sahastradhara Road - 19.09.2022

Uttarakhand High Court while allowing proposed cutting of 2057 trees for road-widening project in the Sahastradhara passage leading to Mussoorie, has held that as to which road should be developed or expanded, is a matter of policy decision and it is not for Court to lay down policy for the State.
