Guj. HC: Employees Can't Withdraw From VR Scheme After Stipulated Deadline Or Acceptance Of Benefits - 19.09.2022

Gujarat High Court has held that once employees have accepted benefits under Voluntary Retirement (VR) Scheme, it is not open for employees to challenge the scheme. They can also not contend after having withdrawn the amount that they should be permitted to continue with their employment services.
