Delhi HC: Weight of Neutral Substance Not to be Ignored While Determining Quantity of Contraband - 19.09.2022

Delhi High Court has held that if contraband seized falls within provisions of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the weight of neutral substance would not be ignored while determining nature of quantity seized, whether small quantity, commercial quantity or in between.
