Patna HC Closes PIL Seeking Measures for Protection of Transgender Inmates in Jail - 16.09.2022

Patna High Court while closing a PIL seeking measures for protection of inmates belonging to transgender community, whether in police or judicial custody, observed was that certain measures have been taken which shall surely help in protecting interest of members of transgender community.
