Ker. HC Grants Bail to Psychiatric Patient Citing Further Detention Would Adversely Affect His Illnes - 15.09.2022

Kerala High Court while granting bail to accused suffering from psychotic illness, stated that since major part of the investigation is over and the petitioner, a psychiatric patient, has already spent more than three weeks in jail, further detention would adversely affect his illness.
