Madras HC: Every Individual Has Duty to Protect National Environment - 13.09.2022

Madras High Court while disposing of petition filed by Kasturbha and Indira Nagar Residents Welfare forum seeking to remove encroachments from Buckingham Canal lying between Chennai and Puducherry, has held that it is duty of every individual to protect and improve the national environment.
