Delhi HC: Violation of Mandatory Provisions for Seizure Need Not be Looked into in Bail Proceedings - 13.09.2022

Delhi High Court has held that effect of non-compliance of any mandatory provision under NDPS Act or any irregularity at time of making of seizure memo is matter of trial and can’t be looked into at stage of bail, unless there is any glaring irregularity which will make seizure itself illegal.
