SC Dismisses Plea Challenging MoEF Draft Notification on Western Ghats - 13.09.2022

Supreme Court has dismissed a PIL challenging the Draft Notification published by Central Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, demarcating over 55 sq.KM areas as 'Western Ghats Ecologically Sensitive Area'.
