Orissa HC Upholds Conviction Basing Upon Testimony of Injured Witness in 22 Yrs Old Murder Case - 12.09.2022

Orissa High Court while upholding conviction of three persons charged with murder in a 22-year-old case has held that deposition of injured witness should be relied upon unless there are strong grounds for rejection of his evidence on the basis of major contradictions.
