SC: Accused's Offer of Payment of Ad Interim Compensation to Victim Not Ground For Granting Bail - 12.09.2022

Supreme Court while setting aside order passed by Jharkhand High Court granting bail to an accused, has held that the offer of payment of ad interim compensation to the victim cannot be a ground to release the accused on bail.
