Uttarakhand HC: Court Where Minor Ordinarily Resides, Has Jurisdiction Under Guardians & Wards Act - 12.09.2022

Uttarakhand High Court has held that an application with respect to the guardianship of a minor has to be made to the District Court having jurisdiction in the place where the minor ordinarily resides.
