P&H HC to State: File Status Report on Cases Pending Against MPs/MLAs or Heavy Cost Will be Imposed - 08.09.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court while granting last opportunity to State Governments in Punjab and Haryana to file status reports regarding pending criminal cases against MP/MLAs, have warned them of imposing costs if reports aren't filed within the stipulated time of one week.
