Ker HC: Bail Can't be Denied Only Because Accused Was Earlier Released on Bail by Incompetent Court - 07.09.2022

Kerala High Court while granting bail to a man accused electrocuting his wife to death has held that merely because he was earlier released on bail by a court of incompetent jurisdiction would not be a reason to keep him in custody.
