P&H HC: No Right to Physically Exploit Fiancée During the Period Between the Engagement and Marriage - 07.09.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has ruled that merely because the parties are engaged and are meeting each other, it doesn't give any right or liberty to the proposed bridegroom to sexually exploit the fiancée without her consent.
