2022 Minor's Mob-Lynching Case: Jharkhand High Court Transferred Probe To CBI - 07.09.2022

Jharkhand High Court has transferred the probe into the 2022 mob lynching case of a minor boy to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The court prima facie held that the State Police had been hiding something about the case and it found it appropriate to transfer the probe to the CBI.
