Allahabad HC Directs UP to Reply on Implementation of Packages for Drought-Hit Areas - 12.04.2016

Allahabad HC has sought counter affidavits from Central Government, Nodal Agencies or Head of Departments (HODs) concerned in connection with a PIL alleging inappropriate execution of packages in drought-hit Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh.
