SC: ‘Known Sources of Income' Means Sources Known to Prosecution And Not to Accused - 06.09.2022

Supreme Court has held that term ‘known sources of income’ in Section 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 would mean the sources known to the prosecution and not the sources known to the accused.
