Madras HC Irks at Practice of Regularising Unauthorised Constructions - 12.04.2016

Madras HC has irked and disapproved practice of courts sympathising with people who purchase land earmarked for public purposes, such as schools and parks in approved residential plot layouts, construct buildings and then seek regularisation of the unauthorised constructions.
