Extension of the time limit for completion of Anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of "Solar Cells " originating in or exported from China PR, Thailand and Vietnam

The undersigned is directed to refer to your email dated 25.08.2022 under F. No. 6/56/2020- DGTR on the subject mentioned above and to state that the competent authority has accepted the request of extending time for completing the on-going anti-dumping (original) investigation on imports of "Solar Cells whether or not assembled into Modules or Panels" originating in or exported from China PR, Thailand and Vietnam, initiated vide Notification F. No. 6/56/2020- DGTR dated 15.05.2021, for a further period till 31.10.2022.
