SC to Centre: Either Share The Draft of Trafficking Bill or We'll Call Cabinet Secretary to Court - 05.09.2022

Supreme Court while taking exception to Centre’s disinclination in not sharing the draft of the Trafficking in Persons (Prevention, Care and Rehabilitation) Bill, 2022 with petitioners, has directed Centre to share the bill within 2 weeks or the Court will call the cabinet secretary to the court.
