SC: Inter Departmental Communications Cannot be Relied Upon as a Basis to Claim Any Right - 05.09.2022

Supreme Court while observing that inter-departmental communications can’t be relied upon as basis to claim any right has held that before something amounts to order of State Government, first, the order must be expressed in name of Governor and second, it has to be communicated.
