SC to State LSA: Use DLSA Model on Inclusion of Para-Legal Volunteers in Police Stations - 02.09.2022

Supreme Court has directed to circulate the Delhi State Legal Services Authority's (LSA) scheme regarding empanelment of Para Legal Volunteers in police stations in cases pertaining to offences against children, to all State LSA so that the same may be used as a model.
