Allahabad HC: Citizens Have Right to Protest Against Govt in Democracy W/O Committing Offence - 02.09.2022

Allahabad High Court while stating that in democracy under our Constitution, people have the right to protest against Government policies/action/inaction, provided the protest does not lead to commission of offence, has modified the sentence awarded to Ex-MP Annu Tandon in Rail Roko Protest Case.
