SC: Disclosure of Main Examination Marks Before Vivavoce May be Avoided - 31.08.2022

Supreme Court has held that where written examination is followed with viva-­voce and members in interview board are made aware of marks secured by candidates in written examination that may likely to form bias affecting the impartial evaluation of the candidates in viva-­voce.
