Supreme Court Slams Jharkhand Government for Arrest of News 11 Bharat Reporter - 29.08.2022

Supreme Court while refusing to interfere with interim order passed by the Jharkhand High Court granting interim bail to News 11 Bharat Journalist, has held that there was an excess use of state power and expressed concern regarding the manner in which he was pulled out of his house and arrested.
