Del HC: Person Having Consensual Relationship Not Required to Scrutinse Other Person's DOB - 29.08.2022

Delhi High Court while granting bail to accused in rape case, has held that person, who is in consensual physical relationship with another person is not required to judicially scrutinise date of birth (DOB) of other person and see Aadhar or PAN card before he enters into a physical relationship.
