Delhi HC: CBSE's Caution is Must While Taking Decisions Affecting Lakhs of Students - 29.08.2022

Delhi High Court has held that greater degree of care and caution, as well as due diligence is required on part of functionaries of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to ensure that due process is not violated at higher echelons while taking decisions that affect lives of lakhs of students.
