Allahabad HC Upholds 3 Year Imprisonment of Man for Mutilating Private Part of 4 Year Old Girl - 29.08.2022

Allahabad High Court has upheld the conviction and 3-year imprisonment awarded to a man who had mutilated the private part of a 4-year-old girl in year 1988 and was convicted by the Sessions Court under sections 324 and 354 IPC, after 34 years.
