SC: 2018 Amendment to Specific Relief Act is Prospective in Nature - 29.08.2022

Supreme Court has held that the 2018 amendment to the Specific Relief Act is prospective and cannot apply to those transactions that took place prior to its coming into force i.e. 1.10.2018.
