Delhi HC: Citizens' Right to Establish Educational Institution Can be Restricted Only by Legislation - 25.08.2022

Delhi High Court while accepting argument that citizen can’t be deprived of right to establish educational institution unless legislature impose reasonable restriction, has held that restriction under Article 19(1)(g) can only be by law, else it would fall foul of power under Article 19(6).
