J&K&L HC: PF & Pecuniary Benefits Received By Legal Heirs of Deceased Have No Co-Relation With MAC - 23.08.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that Provident Fund (PF), and other pecuniary advantages receivable by heirs on account of one's death have no correlation with the amount receivable as Motor Accident Claim (MAC) under the Motor Vehicles Act.
