Chandigarh SCDRC: Misleading Ads About Weight Loss Programmes an Act of Unfair Trade Practice - 22.08.2022

Chandigarh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC) has held that act of giving false assurances by way of misleading advertisements and also obtaining declaration from consumers of no guarantee regarding outcome is unfair trade practices for which consumers could not be made to suffer.
