Bombay HC: Not Necessary to Refuse Bail in Every Case of Economic Offence - 22.08.2022

Bombay High Court has held that bail can’t be refused to accused merely because offence is in nature of economic offence. Court also stated that while considering Bail applications, it is not only gravity of charges but also punishment that could be imposed after trial that holds importance.
