Allahabad HC: Sister Can't Claim Benefit of Compassionate Appointment in Presence of Wife - 22.08.2022

Allahabad High Court has held that as per the UP Recruitment of Dependents of Government Servants Dying in Harness Rules, 1974, the benefit of compassionate appointment cannot be given to a sister in the presence of a wife.
