J&K&L HC: Can’t Deny Promotion Merely Because Criminal Proceedings Are Pending Against Employee - 22.08.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that promotion can’t be withheld merely because some criminal proceedings are pending against employee and to deny such benefit, they must be at relevant time pending at stage when charge-sheet has already been issued to employee.
