Kar. HC: Courts Must Ascertain Religious/Charitable Nature of Trust Before Exercising Jurisdiction - 18.08.2022

Karnataka High Court has held that for exercising jurisdiction under Section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure, civil court is to first draw factual finding from material placed on record if Trust is public charitable or religious Trust and also if persons approaching court have any interest in it.
