NGT Orders Developer to Deposit Rs 5 Lakh for Restoration of Part of Anjuna Beach in CRZ Matter - 20.08.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has ordered Freddy Fernandes to deposit Rs 5 lakh in account of North Goa collector, in Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) matter for restoration of a part of Anjuna Beach cleared of some illegal structures.
