Supreme Court to Hear NRI Doctor’s Plea Against Lawyers' Boycott of Court - 31.07.2015

SC has agreed to hear a plea of NRI doctor alleging that he is not been able to pursue his case in the Calcutta High Court as lawyers are boycotting a particular bench of the court.
